Get a single score item with computed variables from evaluation run variable mappings.

This endpoint merges data from:

• dataset_items table (model_input, model_output)
• evaluators table (evaluation_config)
• evaluation_runs table (variable_mapping_container)

Variables are computed based on the variable mappings defined in evaluation runs.

Note: This endpoint always includes computed variables.
